About Us

I started this company and website to focus on implementing more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry using materials, equipment and techniques that improve efficiency and conservation.  The vast majority of people I have talked to do not even know where to begin. You hear a lot more about the green movement than you see.  The Efficient Builder website is designed to help in an intuitive way to show what can be done to conserve and be more efficient with a home or building.

We are in the beginning stages of launching our campaign for a simple and inexpensive building system that is extremely efficient to build, operate and maintain, comprised of a mix of time tested methods and materials.  Energy efficient homes have a reputation of being quirky and expensive, this is absolutely not the case.  See the “Build Efficient” area of the web site for more details.  We will continuously upgrade The Efficient Builder site with input and information, provided by our members, to help you “Find your way through the forest of green”.
